Jan, 24 2019Brack Slaughter1I needed pure cholestyramine powder and purchased 480 grams which would be 4 grams per dose. What I received was clearly sweetened cholestryramine that was mislabeled as pure. I'm confident that the pharmacy substituted its advertised, blended version with stevia/methylcellulose. It requires a dose of 8 grams to obtain the 4 grams dose. I received only half the amount of cholestyramine I purchased. This was an underdosed script and misfill.
